Kinney served as CMAR for Northern Arizona University’s (NAU) Cowden Hall Renovation. This project included three new custom mechanical packages, renovations to public spaces within the residence hall, such as a kitchen remodel and computer lab remodel, and new first-floor windows, plus fire alarm upgrades to all 270 rooms. Construction was completed within an aggressive eight-week summer schedule to accommodate student move-in for the Fall semester.
