This project consisted of 40,610 SF of tenant improvements at the North Valley Campus in Phoenix, Arizona. A flexible, multipurpose space concept was utilized to fully transform the facility and better meet the needs of Northern Arizona University. Scope of work included the installation of energy-efficient MEP systems and floor-to-ceiling aesthetic improvements. New areas consisted of a presidential suite, student lounge, and café area.
