This project consisted of a complete demolition and installation of a new 12,000 SF Pediatrics Intensive Care Unit at Morgan Stanley’s Children’s Hospital of New York Presbyterian Hospital. This project required the relocation of an existing operational pediatrics ICU and the completion of all demolition and construction on the ninth floor of a fully operational hospital.
