Kinney added an additional 24,812 SF to the NAU Communications Building. This new, LEED Gold Certified building has classrooms, faculty offices, and a new television studio. Renovations were to the office areas and the existing Master Control Room. Green building strategies utilized include an active chilled beam, atrium, controlled daylighting, green screen living walls, regionally appropriate landscaping, solarwall, and water efficiency.
