Kinney completed all construction efforts while keeping the facility fully operational, including the relocation of satellite dishes and communication towers; re-routing of fiber optics and electrical service; and the re-routing of a live sewer line. Scope of work also included the permanent relocation of a main vehicular thoroughfare. Kinney installed and maintained the Storm Water Pollution Protection Plan, as well as a pre-cast concrete steam tunnel. A total of 2,391 LF of underground utilities were installed.
