Kinney served as Design-Build Contractor for this project. The scope of work included a 10,096 SF addition and 2,000 SF of renovations to the existing hotspot. The new addition includes a new Starbucks, a convenience store, expanded seating, and associated sitework. Kinney provided in-depth pre-construction services, and the project was fast-tracked using phased GMPs. The project was designed to complement the National Award Winning Dining Hall Expansion Phase I that Kinney completed.
