Kinney served as the CMAR for the new NPA STEAM Building, a key addition to the campus designed to support education in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics. The civil scope of work included comprehensive site clearing, earthwork, grading, the creation of a retnention pond, and installation of utilities to prepare the site for vertical construction. These foundational efforts were essential to supporting the new facility’s structural and operational needs while integrating seamlessly with the existing campus infrastructure.
