Kinney served as CMAR to complete an 8,000 SF expansion, essentially doubling their total space. The expansion provided much needed space for support services, including a dedicated video courtroom, additional office space, training conference space, kitchen and laundry, an enclosed sally port, and evidence storage. Enhancements to site security were made through full site perimeter fencing and additional video surveillance. The expansion allowed the Sheriff’s Office to re-purpose space within their existing facility for additional needs.
