This Design-Build project consisted of a 13,150 SF state-of-the-art medical clinical interior build out within an occupied medical facility. This facility contains X-ray capabilities, procedure room, mammography, child waiting area, offices, lobby, exam rooms, break room, nurse’s station, and observation room. New work also included MEP systems and high-end finishes, and was completed in just eight weeks. Close coordination with existing neighboring tenants and operations was imperative to the success of this project.
