This Design-Build project consisted of the conversion of a 14,375 SF space in an occupied retail mall into a medical clinic. This state-of-the art facility contains X-ray capabilities, procedure rooms, Mammography, child waiting area, offices, lobby, exam rooms, break room, nurse’s station, and observation room. Scope also included new MEP systems and high-end finishes, and was completed in just eight weeks. Close coordination with existing tenants, 24-hour shifts, and multiple trades per scope working side by side were required to meet the condensed schedule. Existing tenants above and below the site included a thrift store and doctor’s office.
