Kinney led project efforts for the design and installation of a 41 kW DC, grid-tied photovoltaic system for Sedona-Oak Creek Unified School District. Built with 100% local subcontractor participation, the photovoltaic system was installed on the roof of the new District Office and required Kinney to coordinate with the local utility, APS. A highly advanced, specially designed data acquisition program allows the District to quickly obtain information related to the performance of the system.
