To better address the growing healthcare needs of the Verde Valley Community, this project reutilized and improved a former surgical center into Spectrum Healthcare, a mental health and primary care facility located in Cottonwood, Arizona. The existing structure, a two-story masonry and steel-framed building, is now utilized as a mental health and primary care medical facility consisting of primary care space, a pharmacy, and office space for psychologists. Spectrum Healthcare, which began as the Verde Valley Guidance Clinic, has been serving the needs of the Verde Valley Community since 1965 and is proud to be one of the first healthcare organizations in Arizona to offer Integrated Care.
