Kinney was selected to improve Spectrum’s existing 2,100 SF behavioral health facility with new finishes and upgrades. Renovations included demolition, wood framing, glazing, new finishes, MEP system upgrades, roofing, and new stucco around the exterior of the building. The MEP work included a new HVAC rooftop unit with an option for a mini split system, interior and exterior lighting, and new plumbing for the restrooms, laboratory, and exam rooms. Site work included a retaining wall, parking lot, and drainage improvements.
