Kinney completed the earthwork and underground utilities for the facility. The site was located in a large depression, so the site work involved raising the building pad and surrounding hardscape six feet above existing grade using approximately 16,000 CY of imported material. The project also required the construction of a major storm drain and collection system. All roads, parking lots, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and underground utilities were constructed by Kinney.
