Timberline Place Condominium Renovation

This multi-phased project consisted of converting 204 existing apartment units into premium condominiums. Scope of work consisted of the demolition and full build-out of the condominiums. High-end finishes were installed, including granite countertops, porcelain tile, decorative window treatments, ENERGY STAR® appliances, and energy-efficient water heaters. Additional phases included completely renovating the community building, activity building, breezeways and pool area, exterior of the complex, and new entrance signage.
