This phased project included renovations to the Clubhouse, Office, and Spa. Kinney completed an interior renovation of the existing apartment clubhouse and sales offices, and new finishes were installed to bring a warm and inviting feel to the complex’s central area. The project required the demolition of existing tile, glass block, windows, and handrails. The installation of new finishes, including porcelain tile, paint, and recessed lighting, gave the spa a fresh and modern look and feel.
