Kinney completed a total of 65,997 SF of renovations to five buildings simultaneously following an aggressive summer construction schedule. The buildings underwent major interior renovations and additions including creating new classrooms, art spaces, art gallery, computer labs, offices, library, commercial kitchen, dining spaces, and restrooms. In addition, the existing buildings were upgraded with new HVAC systems tied to the central plant, new sprinkler systems, fire detection systems, and were made ADA compliant. Kinney provided extensive sitework including the installation of new underground utilities, hardscape, and landscape, as well as in-depth constructability analysis and value engineering.
