Kinney successfully completed campus-wide utility work at the Verde Valley Campus of Yavapai College. The project involved the installation of over 3,000 linear feet of underground insulated chilled and hot water lines, along with an extensive communications duct bank distribution system. Additionally, Kinney installed 1,500 linear feet of ductile iron water lines, including associated fire hydrants, valves, and service lines. The scope also included the installation of new sewer lines and manholes, as well as comprehensive surface treatment reconstruction, which covered asphalt, concrete, irrigation systems, and landscaping.
