The evolution of Kinney Construction Services, Inc. has been ongoing for the past 43 years. In 1982, Tim Kinney graduated from the College of Engineering at Northern Arizona University with a vision of building something lasting.

Today, the company is excited to share a major milestone in our story: Kinney is now Flagstaff’s first local and 100% employee-owned company. This transition represents more than a new ownership structure—it reflects our deep-rooted culture of trust, collaboration, and shared purpose.
